Terms and conditions
By booking Dolly the Vintage Caravan you are in agreement with the following terms and conditions:
Dolly will travel to your venue free of charge within a 20 mile radius of Church Stretton. Further afield we are more than happy to host your event, but there would be additional cost for the extra mileage. Dolly needs a level piece of ground to park on (grass or hardstanding) and also access to a power socket within 10-15m (can be indoors with a cable through the window).
Dolly the Vintage Caravan does not accept liability in the event of damage or injury caused by or in and around Dolly, whatever the cause. Dolly is hired entirely at your own risk. We recommend that you take out your own event insurance. We do have full public liability insurance.
To secure your booking we require a 50% deposit (of the total hire cost). We will confirm your booking in writing once this has been received.
Payment in full is required 4 weeks in advance of your event. If this is not paid, unfortunately we will have to cancel your booking and the deposit will not be refunded.
In addition to the hire costs a refundable deposit of £50 (for damage, loss and breakage) will be required at the time of final payment.
Damage, Loss and Breakage
If, after inspection, damage is in excess of the £50 damage deposit, an invoice will be sent out. For damage/ loss to individual items, a charge will be deducted from the deposit.
